Welcome Back!

I am so excited to be back with all of my sweet babies!  I missed them so much!  Today we spent some time revisiting our rules and good choices!  We made a list of things we should be doing during center time!  Here are a few fun pictures of centers today!

This week we had the privilage of welcoming Miss Storey and Miss Day to our classroom family.  They were both completing their preteaching from Auburn University and were able to spend the week with us.  We will miss you Miss Storey and Miss Day!

Our Holiday Party...

This morning was our Holiday Breafast/Party!  I hope each of you had a great time!  We loved all of the yummy treats and goodies you made!  Thank you for making this year (2010) such a great success with all that you do! :)

The Polar Express

This morning the Polar Express conductor came to our pod to pick us up for our train ride!  We were all decked out in our PJ's and ready for a fun adventure!

We had special golden tickets!

We had a WONDERFUL time!  We even wrote about it in our journals when we got back!

I was recently in Birmingham at Macy's and saw the most precious postcards to Santa.  Macy's mailed us a whole class set!  Today we wrote our letters to Santa during centers.

If you would like to send/take your postcard to Macy's they will deliver it to the North Pole AND donate $1.00 for each postcard to the Make-A-Wish Foundation!!!!!

We were so excited to find our Christmas presents (from Mrs. Kimbrell) wrapped and ready to go when we returned from our Polar Express adventure!!  What could be in there!?!?!?

These special purple bags are waiting for our parents to pick up at our Holiday Breakfast in the morning (they are also filled with goodies/surprises that we've made for our parents)!

Thanks to your FABULOUS fund raising for our Trike Ride, and our WONDERFUL PTA, we have a new school sign!  I hope you have had the opportunity to see it!  It was all lit up this morning and I just had to share! :)
