Today during centers we dissected owl pellets! Every time we've read about how the owl eats it's food whole and then later throws up the bones and fur in a pellet...they think it is so gross! So I was prepared for them to barely touch them! However they thought this was the COOLEST thing ever! Everyone was digging and having a great time! Be on the look out tonight for your child's baggy of bones!! :)
They were wrapped in aluminum foil.
