Pumpkins, Monsters, and Celebration!

What a great first week back!  Forgive me for one long blog post, I promise I will "get it together" for more frequent postings! :)

This week we did a few pumpkin experiments that the kids had not yet finished and we carved our pumpkin!

Finally on Friday we had our Fall Celebration.  This is a time when the whole school gets together in the Tiger's Den to sing songs and share about what each pod is learning about!

Our first activity!

On Thursday I was able to go to school to meet my sweet babies!  I pulled each table out in the pod to share their journals with me and then to do a special activity!  We made "Magic Playdough!"  The kids were so excited to see their white playdough turn into a COLOR!  Here are a few pictures (I was so excited and answering questions that I missed a group or two)--don't worry I will make up for it next week with MANY more pictures and activities to come! :)
