Happy belated Earth Day! I hope you spent yesterday planting trees, volunteering, recycling, or all the other many ways you can help our planet! If not, I hope you at least spent some time outside! :)
We are celebrating "E" day with Earth Day today in our ABC's of Kindergarten! Today we've been working on making an Earth out of our hand prints (see a post tomorrow), our Earth Day book swap, and sharing our litter bugs we created at home! Here are a few pictures...
Look at all the COOL books (we had so many we had to replenish as the selection went down)!
We are proud owners of new books!
Gabriel, Greyson, and Mary Margaret
Charlesha and Naveah
Kenzie and Tatum
Jackson and Jharai
Tatum and Elizabeth Kate
Riley and Elizabeth Kate
R. J.
Autumn, Braden and J.J.

We put these labels inside our "new" books!
Sorry for the poor picture quality, I couldn't insert the image so I had to take a picture of the computer screen! :)
Thanks to all of our FABULOUS parents, we have some very impressive litter bugs! Here are a few pictures of the "bugs" displayed in our room!
Last, but not least, I just wanted to let you know that in your weekly newsletter you will find a QR code that will link you to our classroom blog! All you have to do is make sure you have a QR reader on your iPhone or smartphone and scan the QR code with your phone! Here is what it looks like...
Have a great afternoon!
With my best,
Thanks for sharing! I love the idea of a book exchange!!! Amber ~ Kindergarten Rocks
